Dirk Rohr

Dirk Rohr (born 1973) is a scholar specializing in counseling research and higher-education teaching. He served as Academic Director at the Faculty of Human Sciences of the University of Cologne, where he headed the Counseling Research division and the Center for Higher Education Didactics. In 2004, he was appointed to a professorship in communication in educational fields at the University of Oldenburg. In 2006, he was an invited scientist at Harvard University and Stanford University. Rohr is a Gestalt therapist and supervisor and has also worked in systemic counseling.
