Dimitar Hristov

Dimitar Hristov is a lawyer who completed training as a tax adviser. He worked as a partner and head of the tax practice at DLA Piper in Vienna. His areas of expertise included international tax law, corporate taxation, and tax planning related to international restructurings, M&A, corporate finance, and private-equity structures. He also advised high-net-worth individuals and family offices on wealth and succession planning, as well as on cross-border moves to and from Austria. He worked as a lecturer at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the University of Vienna.
