Dieter Katzenbach

Dieter Katzenbach (born 1960) is a qualified educationalist and special education teacher. He worked in services for people with disabilities and as a special education teacher, and was an assistant at the University of Hamburg from 1994 to 2000. From 2000 onward, he was a professor at the Institute of Special Education at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. His teaching and research focused on inclusive education for people with cognitive impairments, the relationship between emotional and cognitive development, and the theory and practice of psychoanalytic education.
