Diccon Bewes

Diccon Bewes is a British travel writer. He grew up in Hampshire, England, studied international relations and then travelled around the world for 18 months before beginning to write about his experiences. He subsequently worked for Lonely Planet for ten years and as a bookseller at an English-language bookshop in Bern. Bewes has written several books about Switzerland, including Swiss Watching, Slow Train to Switzerland, How to Be Swiss and Cartographica Helvetica. Swiss Watching was published as a bestseller.
