Diana Isaiou

Diana Isaiou worked as a professional food stylist and culinary consultant. After cannabis was legalized for private use in the U.S. state of Washington, she founded the cannabis bakery American Baked Co. in Seattle. There, she developed and tested recipes for cannabis-infused baked goods over several years. Cannabis Bakery is her first book.
