David Litchfield

David Litchfield began drawing comics for his siblings as a child. His illustrations appeared in magazines, newspapers, books and on T-shirts. His first picture book, *The Bear and the Piano*, received the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize. Litchfield worked as an illustrator and author.
