David Hepworth is a British music journalist and author. He contributed to magazines including Mojo, Q and Smash Hits, reported on the 1985 benefit concert Live Aid, and hosted the music programme The Old Grey Whistle Test. Hepworth published numerous books on rock history, as well as works about the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. His work has received awards.
