Daniel Martin Feige

Daniel Martin Feige (born 1976) is a philosopher and author. His career includes a professorship in philosophy and aesthetics at the State Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart. Before studying philosophy, he studied jazz piano and trained as a jazz pianist. Feige’s work addresses philosophical aesthetics and philosophical anthropology, including their connections with theoretical and practical philosophy. His monographs include Kunst als Selbstverständigung (2012), Philosophie des Jazz (2014), Computerspiele. Eine Ästhetik (2015), Design. Eine philosophische Analyse (2018), and Musik für Designer (2021).
