Daniel Etter

Daniel Etter is a photographer, author, and filmmaker. For most of his professional career, he worked in crisis regions including Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. His work has received, among other distinctions, the Pulitzer Prize, a World Press Photo Award, and the Hansel Mieth Prize. His photographs illustrate, among other works, Marco Maurer’s book *Meine italienische Reise*, which remained on the bestseller list for several weeks.
