Daan Schoonhoven

Daan Schoonhoven is a nature photographer who developed concepts over many years to make nature photography accessible to a broader audience. He founded the nature photography organization PiXFACTORY and the image agency Buiten-Beeld, and operated the Dutch photography communities Nederpix and Birdpix. His own photographic work has focused particularly on birds. Together with Dutch nature photographers, he edited practical books on nature photography, several of which were published in German translation.
