Cory Banner was born in 1992 in a small town near Heilbronn, Germany. Since 2021, she has published fantasy novels under the pseudonym Cory Banner. Her debut novel, *Vergessene Götter* (*Forgotten Gods*), was published in December 2021 and launched a trilogy. She was drawn to writing by her enthusiasm for mythology and her love of magic and fantasy.
