Cornelia Logemann is an art historian. She received her doctorate from the University of Hamburg in 2005 and completed her habilitation at Heidelberg University’s Institute of European Art History. From 2008 to 2013, she headed the research group “The Principle of Personification: Visual Intelligence and Epistemic Tradition, 1300–1800” in Heidelberg. Her research focuses on allegorical modes of representation in late medieval and early modern French art and literature, as well as on the interaction between literature and art.
