Cornelia Brink

Cornelia Brink (born 1961) is a German historian. She earned her doctorate in folklore with a study of photographs from Nazi concentration camps and completed her habilitation in modern and contemporary history with research on psychiatry and society in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. She taught at the University of Freiburg and has published, among other works, *Ikonen der Vernichtung: Öffentlicher Gebrauch von Fotografien aus nationalsozialistischen Konzentrationslagern nach 1945* (1998), *Auschwitz in der Paulskirche* (2000), and *Grenzen der Anstalt* (2010).
