She became known primarily for books on time management, personal success and leadership; her works include “Kopf voll, Hirn leer.” Her podcast “Kreatives Zeitmanagement” was ranked among the successful podcasts in the “Business & Career” category on iTunes. In 2019, she received the “Trainer & Influencer of the Year” award. In 2022, she was inducted into the German Speakers Association’s Hall of Fame and received its Life Achievement Award for her lifetime contribution to the continuing-education sector. She also earned a Master of Cognitive Neuroscience (aon).
