Constanze Kurz (born 1974) is a computer scientist with a doctorate and an author of nonfiction books on technology, computerization, and society. Her work addresses data protection, technology-based surveillance, and ethics in computing. She has served as a technical expert for, among others, the Federal Constitutional Court and the German Bundestag’s Commission of Inquiry on the Internet and Digital Society. She has also been a spokesperson for the Chaos Computer Club.
