Colin Butcher

Colin Butcher served for many years in the British Royal Navy and Surrey Police, receiving multiple distinctions. In 2005, he founded UK Pet Detectives, an agency specializing in finding lost and stolen pets. The company located numerous missing cats, among other animals.
