Coinneach MacLeod was born and raised on the Scottish island of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. He became known on TikTok in 2020 as the “Hebridean Baker.” His content combines baking and cooking with traditional family recipes and local ingredients. It also introduced an international audience to the Gaelic language and the culinary traditions of the Scottish islands.
