Claudia Weber

Claudia Weber, born in Guben in 1969, is a German historian. In December 2014, she was appointed Professor of Contemporary European History at European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). She also held responsibilities for research and early-career scholars there and led the project “Zeitlandschaften, Transnationale Vergangenheitsdiskurse und Zukunftsentwürfe am Ende des Kalten Krieges.”
