Claudia Schubert

Claudia Schubert is a German legal scholar. She taught civil law, labor law, commercial and corporate law, and comparative law at Ruhr University Bochum. Her research focuses include German and European labor law, employee participation in corporate governance, and the law of juridical acts. She also served as managing director of the Institute for Labor Law Berlin and Bochum and as a co-opted member of the executive committee of the German Association of Labor Courts.
