Claudia Frieser

Claudia Frieser was born in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in 1967. She studied medieval and modern archaeology, took part in archaeological excavations and research projects, and worked at the Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremberg. As an author, she wrote the “Oskar” series about a boy whose time travels take him to Nuremberg in the age of Albrecht Dürer, as well as the medieval crime novel “Der Kirchendieb,” set in Cologne.
