Claudia Bausewein

Claudia Bausewein (born 1965) is a palliative care physician who held the Chair of Palliative Medicine and served as director of the Department and Outpatient Clinic for Palliative Medicine at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She was vice president of the German Association for Palliative Medicine from 2004 to 2010 and joined its executive board in 2018. She is the editor of the specialist books “Leitfaden Palliative Care” and “Arzneimitteltherapie in der Palliativmedizin.”
