Claire Hajaj

Claire Hajaj, born in London in 1973, grew up in both the Middle East and rural England and spent her life between Jewish and Palestinian cultures. She earned a master’s degree in Classical and English Literature from Oxford. She worked for the United Nations in war zones including Burma and Baghdad, and wrote contributions for the BBC World Service as well as articles for Time Out and Literary Review.
