Claas Meyer-Heuer

Claas Meyer-Heuer, born in 1978, graduated from the RTL School of Journalism for TV and Multimedia. From 2005, he worked as a regional reporter for RTL and from 2007 as a reporter for SPIEGEL TV. Meyer-Heuer has focused his investigative work on the rise of criminal gangs and clans in Germany. Together with Thomas Heise and Jörg Diehl, he published the book »Rockerkrieg«; he later co-authored »Die Macht der Clans« with Heise. In 2021, Meyer-Heuer and Heise received the Bavarian Television Award for the film »Die Macht der Clans«.
