Christophe Felder

Christophe Felder was born in Alsace and is the son of a pastry chef. Following in his father’s footsteps, he pursued a career in pastry and became known as a French pâtissier. His publications include “Die hohe Schule der Patisserie,” a comprehensive work aimed at ambitious bakers.
