Christoph Biermann

Christoph Biermann (born 1960) was born in Krefeld. He worked for the newspapers taz, Stern and Die Zeit and was an editor at Süddeutsche Zeitung and Der SPIEGEL. From 2010 onward, he worked as a reporter for the football magazine 11Freunde. Biermann published numerous books about football. Die Fußball-Matrix and Wenn wir vom Fußball träumen were each named Football Book of the Year. His other works include Matchplan, Fast alles über 50 Jahre Bundesliga and Die Tabelle lügt immer.
