Christine Webb

Christine Webb is a primatologist and animal-studies scholar. Her areas of expertise include the social behavior, cognition, and emotions of nonhuman primates. She is affiliated with Harvard University’s Department of Human Evolutionary Biology and New York University’s Institute of Environmental Sciences. Her work combines primate research with perspectives from the social sciences and humanities and also addresses the question of what moral status humans should grant to other animals.
