Christine Hehle

Christine Hehle (born 1969) studied medieval German literature, French and Latin, and received her doctorate in 2000 with a dissertation on Notker III of St. Gall. She worked as a research associate at the Theodor Fontane Archive in Potsdam, where she was responsible for editing the narrative works in the Große Brandenburger Ausgabe. Her editorial publications include „Unterm Birnbaum“ (1997), „Effi Briest“ (1998), „Stine“ (2000), „Unwiederbringlich“ (2003) and „Vor dem Sturm“ (2011). She also co-edited a volume of recollections of Theodor Fontane.
