Christina Laube

Christina Laube worked as a photographer for film and theater, as well as an author and paper-set builder for book illustrations. She began writing after working as a photographer. Her first paper-cut book, *Marthas Reise*, was nominated for the 2019 Franco-German Youth Literature Prize and selected by Deutschlandfunk for its “Die besten 7” list. Together with the artist Mehrdad Zaeri, she formed the duo Sourati, which created poetic murals.
