Christie Golden is an award-winning New York Times bestselling author. She has published more than 50 novels and numerous short stories in science fiction, fantasy, and horror. Her work includes more than a dozen Star Trek novels, as well as numerous books set in the StarCraft, Warcraft or World of Warcraft, and Assassin’s Creed universes. For Blizzard Entertainment, she wrote five StarCraft novels and, among others, the Warcraft novels Lord of the Clans, Rise of the Horde, Arthas: Rise of the Lich King, and Sylvanas. In 2017, she received the Faust Award from the International Association of Media Tie-in Writers and was named a Grandmaster in recognition of her long career.
