Christiane Stenger

Christiane Stenger (born 1987) is a political scientist, memory expert, speaker, actress, and television presenter. She became a multiple junior world memory champion and attended the Stage School in Hamburg. She subsequently worked as a presenter, including alongside Lutz van der Horst on the ZDFneo program »Wie werd ich …?«. At the age of 17, she published her first book on memory training. Her publications include the bestseller »Lassen Sie Ihr Hirn nicht unbeaufsichtigt!« (Campus, 2014).
