Christian Pfeiffer

Born in 1944, Christian Pfeiffer is a criminologist who served as director of the Criminological Research Institute of Lower Saxony. From 2000 to 2003, he was Lower Saxony’s minister of justice for the Social Democratic Party (SPD). His criminological views repeatedly sparked public controversy.
