Christian Dittrich-Opitz

Christian Dittrich-Opitz was born in Berlin in 1970. Motivated by personal health problems, he began an autodidactic study of naturopathy and nutrition at the age of 13. From 1990 onward, he presented his findings through lectures, seminars and publications. He worked as an author, speaker and seminar leader in the fields of health, nutrition and learning. His books include “Befreite Ernährung,” “Das Tao der Sonnenkraft,” “Ernährung für Mensch und Erde” and “Lernen wie ein Genie.” He also developed the concepts known as “Befreite Ernährung” and “Lernen wie ein Genie.”
