Chris Bay

Chris Bay, born in 1960, studied mechanical engineering and earned a doctorate in technical sciences from ETH Zurich. He developed his culinary knowledge at food markets around the world and through fire cooking with local people in more than 90 countries. Together with Monika Di Muro, he founded chillfood, a company focused on catering and a fire-cooking school.
