Charles Dantzig

Charles Dantzig, born in 1961, is a French writer and editor. His work, begun in the 1990s, encompasses poetry, novels and essays. He worked as an editor at the French publishing house Grasset. His awards include the Prix de l’Essai from the Académie française and the Grand prix of the Elle readers. Steidl published his books Das Meisterwerk (2016) and New York, noir (2019).
