Cesar Millan

Cesar Millan was born in Mexico and is known as a dog trainer and author. At the age of 21, he entered the United States without valid immigration papers. He became known for his work with dogs and for the television series “Dog Whisperer,” which began airing in 2004. In Los Angeles, he founded the Dog Psychology Center. Together with his then-wife, Ilusion, he also established the Cesar and Ilusion Millan Foundation, which supports animal shelters with expertise and financial assistance. His books became international bestsellers.
