Carsten K. Rath

Carsten K. Rath is a German entrepreneur, hotel executive and author whose work focuses on leadership and service quality. Over the course of his career, he led thousands of employees and opened luxury hotels on four continents, including The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida, and Hotel Adlon in Berlin.
