Carlo Pagulayan is from the Philippines and worked as a comic artist for US publishers. His work includes Deathstroke, Wonder Woman, Batman & Robin Eternal, Convergence, Iron Man, Elektra, and Silver Surfer. He also illustrated numerous stories set in the Hulk universe, including Planet Hulk.
