Candace Bushnell

Candace Bushnell is an author. Her 1996 debut novel, “Sex and the City,” served as the basis for the HBO series of the same name and two feature films. Her other works include “Lipstick Jungle,” “The Carrie Diaries,” “One Fifth Avenue,” and “Raufschlafen.” “Lipstick Jungle” and “The Carrie Diaries” were also adapted as television series. “The Carrie Diaries” was Bushnell’s first young adult novel.
