Camila Sosa Villada was born in 1982 in Argentina’s Córdoba Province. Before becoming known as an actress, she worked as a sex worker. She achieved her breakthrough with a self-produced theater play about her life as a trans woman. She subsequently took on roles in film, television, and theater.
