Bruce Barnbaum

Bruce Barnbaum began photographing as an amateur in the 1960s. He studied mathematics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and initially worked for several years in scientific research, including for the U.S. defense industry. He later turned to photography as a profession. He became known especially for his fine-art prints and for work marked by a strong sense of composition and light. His photographs have been exhibited in galleries worldwide and included in public and private collections.
