Brix Schaumburg (born 1990) is a German actor, musical performer, voice actor, presenter and singer. He became known as Germany’s first openly transgender actor and was the first trans man to play a continuing leading role on German television. Schaumburg trained in musical theatre at the Stage School Hamburg and continued his studies at the London Drama School KSA Academy of Performing Arts. In addition to working in film, television and on stage, he has published children’s books and performed as the drag queen Miss Cherry La Boom.
