Brigitte Werner

Brigitte Werner (born 1948) worked in education for ten years before becoming a freelance author. For her participatory children’s theatre, she wrote and performed her own plays. She wrote books for children and adults and conducted literature seminars. Her notable works include the children’s book »Kotzmotz der Zauberer«. Two of her children’s books were adapted for the stage. The picture book »WUM und BUM und die Damen DING DONG«, set to music by Gordon Kampe, received the Leopold media award from the Association of German Music Schools for a recording by the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn.
