Boris von Heesen

Boris von Heesen (born 1969) is an economist. After studying business administration, he worked, among other places, for Diakonie in Bavaria and in drug assistance services in Frankfurt am Main. In 2000, he founded one of Germany’s first online market research institutes and subsequently established further companies. His other professional roles included advising men and boys, work in violence counseling, and serving as the head of a youth welfare organization. As an author and speaker, he addressed the subject of critical masculinity.
