Boris Grundl (born 1965) is a German entrepreneur, management consultant, leadership expert, coach, speaker, and author. After a serious accident left him paralyzed from the neck down, he began his career as a welfare recipient. He later worked as an executive and advised companies including Daimler, SAP, and Deutsche Bank. His work focused particularly on human development, responsibility, and leadership. He developed the “Leading Simple” leadership system and founded the Grundl Leadership Institute. His recognitions include a coaching award for “Leading Simple” in 2011, an award as Speaker of the Year in 2014, a lifetime achievement award in 2015, and recognition for his work as a mediator in 2019.
