Bodo Janssen

Bodo Janssen (born 1974) studied business administration and Sinology before joining his family’s hotel company. After his father died in a plane crash, he took over the management of the hotel group. Following very negative results in an employee survey, he withdrew to a monastery for a year and a half. He subsequently initiated a change in the company’s leadership culture aimed at greater authenticity and humanity. His publications include *Die stille Revolution*, *Stark in stürmischen Zeiten* (with Anselm Grün), and *Eine Frage der Haltung*.
