BJ Fogg

BJ Fogg, born in 1963, holds a doctorate in social science. He founded the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University, where he developed his behavior model in 2007. He is also known as the originator of the “Tiny Habits” concept. Forbes included him on its list of the “10 New Gurus You Should Know.”
