Bettina Amrhein

Bettina Amrhein is a primary and secondary school teacher. From 1999 to 2007, she worked in inclusive education settings. From 2009 onward, she was affiliated with the Center for Teacher Education at the University of Cologne, where she developed concepts for inclusive teacher education and supported professionals from different types of schools in inclusive school development. Her academic roles also included serving as acting professor of special education at Bielefeld University and heading the Chair of Inclusive Education and Diversity at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
