Bernd Hoffmann

Bernd Hoffmann published his first novel, “Veritas,” in 1995. Further novels included “Das Gemälde,” “Die Katharer Schriften,” and “Die dunkle Seite.” His novel “Irische Wut” addresses the Irish struggle for independence after the 1916 Easter Rising and the involvement of the German Empire in those events. Hoffmann worked professionally as a nurse for the Protestant Church. In 2016, he founded Hober Verlag, a publishing house for fiction by authors from East Westphalia-Lippe.
