Bee Wilson

Bee Wilson (born 1974) studied the history of ideas at Cambridge before working as a food critic. Her articles, including pieces on the history of bread and Adolf Hitler’s eating habits, were published in the London Review of Books and The New Yorker. The Guild of Food Writers named her Journalist of the Year several times.
