Barbara Heitger

Dr. Barbara Heitger founded the systemic management consultancy Heitger Consulting Group of Experts. As a consultant, she worked with corporations and large family-owned businesses on organizational development, strategy integration, organizational design and leadership. She supported change initiatives and designed international leadership-development programmes. Heitger published several books and numerous articles on systemic management and consulting. She also worked as a speaker, lecturer and coach.
